Processing relies on contract performance and our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service, with consent obtained where required for messaging.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored in secured databases. Passwords are hashed through Devise, and we apply organizational and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We share only necessary information with Mailjet to deliver transactional emails; other disclosures occur solely under legal obligation or with your consent.
6. Data Retention
Financial records and preferences are kept while your account remains active or as long as required to meet legal obligations. After account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements.
7. Your Rights
You may review, update, export, or delete your information within the app or by contacting support. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
8. Policy Updates
Changes appear in-app and/or via email. Continued use after notice signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
